The officials of the Consulate have the authority to certify the signature of a person, in sworn statements or affidavits, that the petitioner wishes to state on a specific matter, among other:

• Sworn affidavit of civil status

• Sworn affidavit of residency

• Sworn statements related to the General Law of Elections

• The cost is US$ 5 per document.
